Returns

In the event that you have made the wrong selection or have been sent the wrong item, Toxiklenz is happy to exchange your purchase. Simply return the item in the box it was delivered in and include an indication of the item for which it should be exchanged. If the amount of the exchange varies from the original product you will be required to pay the difference.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or is faulty please notify our Customer Service Centre immediately on 08 9474 2197 within Australia or +61 8 9474 2197 for international callers. You may choose to fax email us at support@toxiklenz.com with any complaint. Damaged or faulty goods will be promptly replaced, exchanged or a full refund issued.

Shipping

The sale price will include free shipping to anywhere in Australia. Toxiklenz has outsourced distribution of the product to Store Line in Sydney. The product will be shipped to the customer within 7 days of placing an order.

The customer will be notified within 48 hours of placing their order if the order cannot be filled.

The Toxiklenz product will only be sold within Australia.
